[ckan-dev] Move a resource to another dataset

I just wanted to reply to this to say in my experience it is possible but
only by modifying the database(s) - change the reference to the parent
dataset in the resource table entry and (important) in the resource
revision table. If you are using datastore, you'll need to rename the table
in the datastore. Then afterwards reindex your datasets.
