[ckan-dev] [ckan-announce] CKAN patch release 2.8.1 now available

Hi Ted,

We use a branch for each minor version (ie 2.x). For the 2.8 line the
branch is `dev-v2.8`. We use git tags to mark the actual releases. For
2.8.1 you can use the `ckan-2.8.1` tag. More info here:
