[ckan-dev] temporary files not closed

Dear Experts
After uploading large files I run out of space because correspondingly
large files are created in /tmp. These files are actually deleted but
the filesystem doesn't release the space because they have not been
closed by Ckan.
Restarting apache is a workaround.
It looks like that:
root at eaw-ckan-prod1:~# lsof +L1
COMMAND PID USER FD TYPE DEVICE SIZE/OFF NLINK NODE NAME
....
apache2 10600 www-data 19u REG 254,0 10000000835 0 2883594 /tmp/tmplcJxsE (deleted)
apache2 10600 www-data 20u REG 254,0 10000000000 0 2883595 /tmp/tmpQ_XJlu (deleted)
....
Does anybody have an idea where to look for that bug?
Cheers,
Harald
