Hi Armin,

why relationships metadata are empty if they use relations?

Have a look at: 
https://data.gov.uk/api/rest/dataset/c4e6fbc4-3ae9-4dc2-ab01-cd2d4821ba9d

I want to see whether any portals utilizes this metadata, or how the 
relations from dataset you mentioned are available for api processing.
