[ckan-dev] 302 errors when submitting new datasets

Hi,

I've installed CKAN 2.8.3 on Ubunutu 14.04. Going to both /dataset and
/dataset/new work as expected, but submitting the form at /dataset/new
(including all the mandatory fields) results in an apparent 302 error (and
Chrome displays its "ERR_INVALID_REDIRECT page).

Output from Apache logs:
