[ckan-dev] Issues when deleting resources.

Hi

I came across this to with ckan 2.6, and maybe early versions of 2.7.
But I thought it had been fixed.  I had to run a script to delete
un-referenced packages from the datastore.

At the time I used a command from ckanext-switzerland
