[ckan-dev] admin user "default"

Hi everybody

I am using https://github.com/okfn/docker-ckan.

The db f the running container contains an admin user "default" in
addition to the admin user "ckan_admin" set in .env.  

Can anybody tell me where this guy is coming from and what he does
there?
