[ckan-dev] errors after paster db clean -c /etc/ckan/default/production.ini

Dear ckan professional, 

as a newbie, I istalled ckan from the package on a fresh clean Ubuntu
16.04 and I followed the ckan.org instructions. 

I am trying to import a db from the dump, so  I have to clean the db.. 

when I do:

paster db clean -c /etc/ckan/default/production.ini

I get: 

(default) ubuntu at ckan:/usr/lib/ckan/default/src/ckan$ paster db clean -c
/etc/ckan/default/production.ini
