[ckan-discuss] Why can't I view package dbtune-audioscrobbler?

Why are people asked to log in when they want to view this package?
http://ckan.net/package/dbtune-audioscrobbler

According to the authorizations of the package, any visitor is allowed  
to view and edit. But actually, visitors can't even view the package.  
I also can't fetch its description via the API.

This package appears to be no different form other packages such as
http://ckan.net/package/dbtune-artists-last-fm
and these others work fine.

What am I missing?
