[ckan-discuss] CKAN v1.2 (and datapkg v0.7) Released

As people know CKAN v1.2 is out and I've put up a post announcing the
release of CKAN v1.2 and datapkg v0.7:

In addition to covering the main features of this release there's some
discussion of the wider progress of the community over the last few
months and where we're heading towards (more on that to come).
