I've added some information about transifex on the wiki.

The CKAN project on Transifex is at:
http://www.transifex.net/projects/p/ckan/c/website/
Using transifex you don't need to worry about version control, it
pushes automatically to a bitbucket repository. Furthermore, you can
set locks if you don't want to step on each other toes, or simply use
the online editing tool instead of a desktop application.

Feel free to add more language teams, and request membership!
