[ckan-discuss] distributing changes and syncing instances

Just wanted to let people know that, starting this week, we will be 
adding some exciting peer-to-peer features to CKAN -- features for 
distributing changes between CKAN services and, in the limit, for 
synchronizing CKAN services.
