[ckan-discuss] no.ckan.net - how to improve translation

All the international ckan sites: ca, de, fi, fr and no should be
running off the 'metastable' code branch. So to get your language
changes up and running asap then commit to metastable. Rufus and I
will make sure they propagate to the other to the branches.
