Gobe, thanks for this pointer, may ask you to send something through 
when there is a bit more to show.

Rufus is visiting Edinburgh this week for Open Knowledge Scotland, 
hoping also to sit down and crack out a "geo package view" which can 
extend to meet more of the INSPIRE requirements.
