[ckan-discuss] cep-0001: Package Identifiers, Renaming and Persistence (of Identifiers)

There's been some recent discussion, especially with data.gov.uk,
regarding the need for persistent package identifiers and the role of
package names in these identifiers. This is an important issue and one
that will affect all users of the CKAN system so it is worth thinking
through properly and soliciting everyone's input.

To this end I've created the first CEP (CKAN Enhancement Proposal)
entitled "Package Identifiers, Renaming and Persistence":
