[ckan-discuss] New name for ckan.net: call for proposals

"Data" is too ambiguous. I understood this after trying to explain my 
mom what is it that I am so enthusiastic about.

BTW: thanks Friedrich and other guys who helped launch a Lithuanian 
instance of CKAN :-)
