Hi Richard,

NosDonnees.fr will be handled by the community, Data Publica aims to
be a marketplace for data. These are two different approaches : a
citizen pushed and handled one, and an enterprise one.

It's a bit like with GNU/Linux distributions : among the main leaders,
there's the commercial enterprise one (Red Hat) and the 100% community
one (Debian). Therefore we see it as totally complementary : the
reactivity and care of the community on one side, and the commercial
support brought by enterprises on the other.
We're pretty confident that each data recorded on one side will be
reported on the other and reciprocally :)
