[ckan-discuss] comment feature

Hi Olav, 

the comment feature of ckan.net is a plugin for CKAN 1.1/1.2 which I have now installed for no.ckan.net. Unfortunately the norwegian translation of this version of CKAN is incomplete. Perhaps you could find an hour to update the translation file (http://pudo.org/no.po, or on transifex)? I'd be glad to upload this for you once it's done.
