Minimally a URI (which can take a mailto:) to identify
the author or maintainer entity.

Ideally, any field which makes sense given its definition
and the fact that its domain is a dc:Agent (or foaf:Agent
or whatever) - this  includes fields you hadn't thought
of before but excludes fields whose domains are disjoint
with x:Agent.
