[ckan-discuss] adding fields under "resources"

I suspect this might be a caching issue brought about by the CKAN
upgrade I recently performed on no.ckan.net.

For Olav: can you try to flush your browser cache?

For Us: I think we should consider cache-bombing static resources
against the hg rev. What do you think?
