[ckan-discuss] Documentation: the Domain Model

As part of the documentation drive I've created a wiki page for the
Domain Model and a diagram showing an overview of the the current
setup:

There's also a diagram showing the proposal for a update for the
domain model (v2) with some description. This v2 is very much a work
in progress and is being debated on ckan-dev right now.
