[ckan-discuss] Adding people to groups on CKAN

Yes. Simple solution for present would be to change permissions on
group so anyone can add packages to it (don't think this will be
abused).

Instructions (should wiki-ize):

1. Go to group
2. Go to Authorization tab
3. Make logged_in and editor by ticking relevant box

Now any logged in user can add to that group.
