[ckan-discuss] Community meetups

Hi All,

We had several virtual and physical community meetups in the past. I'd
like to now put these on a more regular footing.

The aim is to have a regular virtual community meetups every 2 weeks
on a Wednesday at 5pm GMT / 12pm EST / 6pm CET:

If anyone thinks this is a obviously bad time, or have other
suggestions about form, structure etc, please say.
