[ckan-discuss] The new CKAN FAQ

Dear All,

As part of the discussion on how to make CKAN more human-friendly, we
are attempting to provide a revised FAQ, it would be great to get some
feedback from the community on it.

I have drafted some proposed questions based on the original Wiki FAQ
(http://wiki.ckan.net/FAQ) and from listening to the conversations
that are going on on the discuss lists but may well have missed some
of the more detailed features. The questions here:

Please do have a look and add any questions you think are needed -
bracket out any that are not. I think Section 1 should contain just
enough information to let the first time user loose on the system, the
rest are for more in-depth knowledge.
