[ckan-discuss] Bot to update tags to new conventions?

I think it would be easy/useful to script a bit which would iterate through
packages looking for examples of the tag conventions and changing them to
the new ones:

country-united-kingdom => country.united-kingdom
access-ftp => access.ftp

I'm happy to do this.
