[ckan-discuss] Translations

There's been more excellent work with the translations this weekend:
Czech 100% (from 92%) - uep
Norwegian 100% (updates) - Olav
Russian 100% (updates) - Alfred Tessman

These are now up on http://thedatahub.org/ and all ready to go out with the
CKAN 1.5 release aimed for this Friday. So there are still a few days for a
push on Italian and Dutch ;-)
