I think a lot of ckan's problems is that design/functionality decisions are
made by people who are too familiar with how ckan works and so assume that
other users will understand this too - unfortunately attempt to improve
this seem too often to fall on closed ears e.g. any attempts to add help
information about form fields  seem to have been completely ignored so far
despite me raising the issue repeatedly.  We also seem to be keen to add
ckan specific jargon like `publishers` rather than embracing clarity.
