[ckan-discuss] Translation of custom templates?

Hi CKAN community.

Im' working on a custom theme for a CKAN-portal and I'm about to start to
introduce some custom strings in my templates.

I'm have bin trying to figure out a nice way to translate those, 
but sadly havn't figured out any nice ways to introduce those 
translations.

Anyone with some good pointer?
