Thanks Stefano. We do regularly go through and de-spam but it's an ongoing task.

If there was anyone out there who'd like to help out spending ~2m a
day keeping an eye on the RSS feed of changes and deleting spam pages
that would be amazing -- just ping me or david.read at okfn.org off-list
and we'll make you a sysadmin on the wiki with full powers!
