[ckan-discuss] Consolidated set of user stories on the wiki

We've recently consolidated all the existing user stories from various
locations into one page on the wiki:

<http://wiki.ckan.org/User_Stories>

This could be useful both in giving a more detailed overview of CKAN
features (both actual and planned) than is available on
<http://ckan.org/features> and also useful when thinking about
requirements when building something new.
