[ckan-discuss] processing new uploads?

How long does it take for a file that is uploaded to be available in the
datastore? I notice that when I upload a file it's not readily available in
the preview page (recline)

Take a look at this file:
http://data.openoakland.org/dataset/history/oakland-100-blocks

I noticed that only files that have been modified by "REST API: Update
object" are visible on Recline. How often does this process run? And is
there any way I can trigger this manually?

On a different note, how can SHP files be previewed? I can't see to get
them working.
