[ckan-discuss] Topic list (vocabulary/valuelist) for classifying datasets .

Hi Edo,
I might have jumped on the wrong conversation here. I thought that the
issue was choosing topics to classify datasets on CKAN. Since CKAN is not
government specific, IPTC seems a rather good fit. I'm keeping in mind, for
example, TheDataHub.org that has data such as MusicBrains (with music
data), ChefMoz (food related) or even DBpedia that contains data about all
kinds of things, including fashion and leisure.

But I understand now that you're looking for topics for your specific CKAN
instance.

Cheers,
Pablo
