[ckan-discuss] Support forum both for CKAN and the DataHub

Hi All,

We've gradually seen an increase in questions about both CKAN and the
DataHub. While a mailing list is OK as a forum for help I think it has
some severe limitations. I'm wondering if we should deploy some kind
of forum of Q&A site to help with this. I'm thinking of something like
these open-source solutions:

* OSQA which we use to run http://getthedata.org/
* Wordpress Question2Answer http://www.question2answer.org/

There's also a variety of SaaS and non-open solutions. What do people think?
