Dear users of The Data Hub!

To promote the idea of the Data Hub among Ruby on Rails developers,
Compendium Education Center has prepared a competition [1]. Write a Ruby
on Rails application that uses the data from the Data Hub and win a
tablet! If you don't know RoR, maybe you now some RoR developers, who
might be interested? If so, please share the info about the competition.
