[ckan-discuss] Datapusher error on file upload

I have installed ckan 2.1 from the git packages and set the datastore and filestore on an Ubuntu 12.04 OS. Then I also installed the Datapusherext. Running the whole thing works fine, but when I try uploading a file from the interface, although it seems to be working, the file doesn't reach the datastore. There is an error that appears when i try to view the resource I just uploaded. I copied the message below.

"This resource can not be previewed at the moment.
Could not load preview: DataProxy returned an error (Data transformation failed. error: An error occured while connecting to the server: DNS lookup failed for URL: http://192.168.122.16/storage/f/2013-12-19T13%3A46%3A24.244Z/sample.xls)"

Also, in the datapusher.error.log there is an error message:

"[Thu Dec 19 16:40:59 2013] [error] [client 127.0.0.1] mod_wsgi (pid=3676): Exception occurred processing WSGI script '/etc/ckan/datapusher.wsgi'.
[Thu Dec 19 16:40:59 2013] [error] [client 127.0.0.1] TypeError: expected byte string object for header name, value of type unicode found"

Has anyone encountered such a problem and maybe solved it? Any help would be appreciated.
