[ckan-discuss] One more case for CKAN in Brazil!

It looks great! We'd be happy for them to do a guest blog post on CKAN
promoting their new site and talking about their experiences developing on
CKAN.

I see they've added a contact page
http://dados.recife.pe.gov.br/en_GB/contato which is great! And something
others may want to reuse. They've also done work on adding custom simple
pages which is something we are looking into adding generally now too.

Where is the code/extension for their customisations?
