[ckan-discuss] Markdown visible after log out

I tried this out. I don't get a distinction based on login, but I can
see the markup appear in three different ways:

1. Fully rendered on the group's "about" page, e.g.

http://demo.ckan.org/group/about/branestawm-s-experiments

2. With markup stripped in the left-hand column of any tab on the
group page (including the link above, again)

3. Unrendered on the list of groups:

http://demo.ckan.org/group

(3) looks like a bug; it should be done the same way as (2).
