You can download the files directly from search result listing by clicking
the format icons. Or from dataset pages. If you're looking to download
datasets on bulk, you can do this through the CKAN API, in blocks of 100
for example. API calls detailed here:
http://docs.ckan.org/en/ckan-2.0/api.html
