[ckan-discuss] Equivalent of IDatasetForm for resource?

There is a half complete tutorial [1] that I've yet to finish on this
branch [2]. The details about adding fields to the resource are mostly
there. The example_idatasetform plugin is also updated and should be
working if you want to try it out
