Hi Mark,

1. Maybe the group feature answers best to your need? Many cities just
don't use the organization feature (they put everything in one organization
and just hide the "organization" feature). The "group" concept is probably
the closest thing to categories.

2. I am not sure to understand this one. What do you mean by additional
handler?
