Excellent point and under discussion in:

We'd also happily make you a sysadmin right now so you start right in on
doing this (and that means you can also take care of assigning datasets to
the right organizations!) and (assuming you are still timrdf) I have taken
the liberty of doing so (i.e. you are now a sysadmin!)
