[ckan-discuss] An internal server error occurred

Today, I followed the instructions in the following url to finish the
installation.
https://github.com/okfn/ckan/wiki/How-to-install-CKAN-2.0-on-CentOS-6.3-%28new%29

However, when I start the browser and head to my domain, I saw the error
message,
Server ErrorAn internal server error occurred

Does anyone know what I may miss during the installation?
