Our current PostgreSQL contains lots of dataset/resources which has been deleted (but not purged). Also, what about the static files which has been uploaded?

We've been upgrading CKAN lots of times, and tested a lot so we would like to have a clean install, but with our datasets, resources (files and datastore), users etc. intact.
