[CKAN-support] Issues with the South Australia CKAN portal [DLM=For-Official-Use-Only]

Hi,
I have an issue with the South Australian instance of CKAN - http://sa.ckan.net.

I want someone else in our organisation to be an additional administrator.  The way I believe this happens is for them to register and for me to change their permissions via "Authorization".  Unfortunately the registration process doesn't seem to work.  When the "Create an Account" button is pressed nothing happens.

I presume the current users were added via back end.  Can you please fix this functionality?
