[CKAN-support] Enabling Data API button

Thanks Gavin,

I will advise them. Given that they do have root permissions, can you point to the spot where they should go to enable the Data API button? Is this a setting in a config file?

I can get back to you on Monday regarding this, but we’d have to revisit our quote for support days if SSQ want us to go ahead with this.  However, I thought that SSQ now have root access on both the staging and production sites, so what permissions are they lacking?

Subject: Enabling Data API button

Hi,

Queensland SSQ would like to check on the configuration and settings of the elastic search function. The Data API button is not displaying for both Data (data.qld.gov.au<http://data.qld.gov.au>) and Publications (https://publications.queensland.ckan.net/). Could you please advise on how to enable the button? We suspect that the elastic search is not running but we don't have permission to make any changes.
