[CKAN-support] Getting datastore working on South Australia

This isn't done yet.  I've run into a messytables bug and I've run out
of time in the working day to finish this. However, the page that SA
had a problem with is in the datastore and working fine.  One
particular resource file is triggering a bug with messytables and I'll
work on it first thing tomorrow.
