Hi Peter,

We've been looking into this. The data previewer couldn't parse the most
recent version of the file which is why the preview was no longer available
for that dataset. (Due to the potential oddities of Excel files there will
always be some files that can't be parsed). In that case the user is shown
a prompt to download the file instead but the current styling and wording
makes it look too much like a major error. We have created a task to
improve the style and wording of the error message in CKAN and this will be
applied to your site when it's released.
