[CKAN-support] CKAN & DCAT export?

VoID is an RDF standard for getting a list of all the datasets. It
does some other things but as far as I understand that would be its
main use in CKAN - and is something that CKAN doesn't do at the moment
in RDF. Hence the requests we've seen for it.
