[CKAN-support] CKAN & DCAT export?

Not really. In my understanding though, the main things that people
who are used to working with RDF want are

- get a dataset in RDF, using DCAT vocab (already possible)
- via content negotiation (already possible)
- get a list of available datasets in RDF, using VoID vocab

The last one is the missing link at the moment. However, I don't know
any more about this. If we have a day a week of Ross Jones's time, I
suggest a good use of an hour of it some time would be to get him to
explain it to us - probably including Sander.
