Hi,
The VM network connection had not connected to the cloud organisation network. I had to shutdown the VM's, power them off and restart to force the network to connect.
It appears to be ok but could you confirm you can connect.

Thanks for this Alan. I'm trying to login into the server but apparently is rejecting the connections. The web frontend is also down.
I wonder if there was some change on the IPs or there is an issue with the BT line?
